Awareness programs for medical office
We have developed a cybersecurity awareness program for medical practices. It is an online “serious game.” Through practical scenarios, practice staff must learn to detect and neutralize cyber threats. The awareness program is also available as a podcast.
Today, the “serious game” is accessible to 4,000 users. It is hosted on secure servers in Switzerland. It is recognized as continuing medical education (CME) credits for physicians (ISFM).
Vulnerability Management tool and Coordination
We install a high-performance EDR solution in medical practices on the devices (desktop, server, laptop...).
Our team identifies all vulnerabilities.
We coordinate with the practice’s IT service providers to address and correct the vulnerabilities.
If the practice does not have an IT service provider, we offer to correct the vulnerabilities.
We answer any additional cybersecurity questions via our hotline during business hours.
We provide 24/7 incident response, we respond at any time, handle alerts, and isolate systems if necessary.
Rapid assessment cyber
We conduct a rapid cybersecurity assessment for the medical practice once a year.
We verify compliance with the practice’s cyber insurance policy terms if the practice has subscribed to an insurance policy.
Our assessment is based on CIS 18.
Together with the practice, we develop an action plan for the coming year.
